Service Description
AVAMA offers to users a website, where users can collect and exchange information about real estate as well as personal information. AVAMA allows you to list real estate properties, search for real estate properties, and also post personal information for the convenience of using the service.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the AVAMA, you agree to:
- AVAMA has the right at any time to remove user's content, delete or block a user's account if the user does not comply with the Terms, the content is contrary to public norms or current legislation;
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
- Comply with these Terms of use when using the AVAMA. In particular, the user understands that AVAMA has the right at any time to monitor activities in the web environment, including user actions, and use all legal means to detect violations of the Terms;
- Keep any information related to your account up to date;

As a user of the AVAMA, you prohibited from:
- Use the AVAMA for fraud or other illegal purposes;
- Encourage others to commit or participate in any illegal activities;
- To insult, abuse, disparage, defame, threaten, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
- Use the AVAMA for obscene or immoral purposes;
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malware that is or may be used in such a way as to affect the functionality or operation of AVAMA;
- Collect information from AVAMA website for creating databases;

AVAMA does not verify the information in advertisements and is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misstatements.
